With this information sheet, Mondeo S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as "the Company" or "Mondeo") wishes to inform you about the purposes and methods of data processing (data provided by you and / or the result of processing by the Company) that Mondeo will be in possession of (in order to proceed with the registration in the appropriate section of the waterfitters.com website, hence also defining you later as a "user" or "interested party"). The online purchase is allowed only for business customers, therefore it is understood that by “user” or “interested party” we mean the firm / company / entity itself / or represented by the subject (who will in fact be the registered subject and who will purchase) who will register through the legal representative / owner and your data will be processed by Mondeo only to identify you as the legal representative and for the purposes referred to in point 2 lett. A, B, C considering the consent to the processing of data provided (through you) by the company / company / body you represent. Furthermore, as regards consent for the purposes referred to in point 2A of this information sheet, it will also be considered tacitly accepted by you by registering your name on the site as the legal representative of the firm / company / organization you represent. We invite you to read this information sheet carefully.

The data will be processed by Mondeo:

A. in order to allow you to register with waterfitters.com and recognize you, once registered, as a user and manage the registration itself (without consent for these purposes you will not be able to register); the processing is based on the following legal basis: consent;

B. in order to perform obligations arising from the purchase contract, if you proceed with a purchase, and therefore also for administrative-accounting purposes and for the management of the order. As regards credit card and bank account data, please also refer to the contents of the payments section of the site; the data processing here is based on the following legal basis: the carrying out of contractual obligations;

C. to fulfill an obligation established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation, for legitimate interests such as that of asserting or defending a right of Mondeo’s. The data processing is based on the following legal basis: the fulfillment of legal obligations and pursuit of legitimate interests;

D. in order to respond to a specific request from the interested party to receive informative newsletters on products and promotions relating to goods sold by Mondeo S.r.l. by marking the appropriate field when registering the account or by entering the email in the "Subscribe to the newsletter" present at the bottom of each portal page. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions which can be found as a foot note to any communication made for the purposes referred to in this point.

A. The provision of data in the registration form indicated as mandatory is necessary for the purposes referred to in point 2B of this information sheet and therefore any refusal to provide specific data in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Company to execute the contract and therefore to purchase Mondeo products. The indication of the product to be purchased and the payment method is necessary in order to be able to purchase the product itself (and therefore always for the purposes referred to in point 2B of this information sheet) and failure to indicate it will make it impossible to purchase the product. As regards other data contained in the optional fields, see also what is reported below. Unless otherwise specified in this information, the data in the optional fields can be provided optionally and failure to provide it will have no consequence other than not being able to use such data (which may in any case be useful for the purposes in question).

B. The provision of certain data (tax code or VAT number, personal data and address, billing and purchasing data, other data that may be necessary in compliance with legal obligations, regulations and community regulations or to assert or exercise a right of Mondeo’s) for the purposes indicated in point 2C of this information sheet is necessary and failure to provide it will make it impossible to register and / or to follow up on the purchase contract.

C. The provision of data indicated as mandatory in the registration form, for the purpose of registration (point 2A of this information sheet) is optional but failure to provide it will make it impossible to register. As for other non-mandatory data and any other data provided, the provision is optional and failure to provide it will have no consequence other than not taking into account such data which could in some cases be useful for better management of the order.

D. Failure to provide the data required for issuing the invoice (such as that of the VAT number and company name) will make it impossible to issue the invoice with the data indicated, if required.

F. The provision of data relating to alternative addresses to which to send the goods is optional but failure to provide the data will make it impossible to send the material to the address indicated. Please note that for these particular activities, the User undertakes under his own responsibility to obtain the consent of the person whose data he is indicating (either to send the goods to his address or to indicate him as the recipient of the goods). Furthermore, for these activities, the User undertakes to indicate to the person whose data he / she must communicate to Mondeo (the subject to which the goods will be sent or the recipient of a gift) that he / she is going to communicate the data to Mondeo itself so that Mondeo can process it (through the people in charge and the managers indicated who must have knowledge of it in order to carry out the tasks assigned by Mondeo) in order to send the material to the address indicated. The user must also inform him that Mondeo will provide him with a specific information sheet on the processing of data, nd must inform him immediately that Mondeo will be able to communicate the data to carriers and shippers and that the provision of data is optional and failure to provide it will make it impossible to send the goods to the address indicated and / or to indicate the subject as the holder of the gift. The User undertakes to obtain consent (where due) to the communication of data to Mondeo and to processing of the data (thus also consenting to registration in the Mondeo databases) by Mondeo itself for the purposes specified above in that point. In this case, the user's data will also be known by the recipient of the goods.

The data will not be disclosed by Mondeo to third parties for the purposes referred to in point 2 A of this information sheet. The data may be communicated by Mondeo for the purposes referred to in point 2B of this information sheet (communicating only the data that are necessary for the pursuit of these purposes) both in Italy and abroad to: banks for payments due, carriers and shippers, post offices, distributors, companies (including foreign ones), lawyers and legal consultants, auditing companies where not appointed as data processors. For the purposes referred to in point 2B and C of this information sheet, the data may be communicated in Italy and abroad (by communicating only the data that is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes) by Mondeo to judicial, tax, police and public security authorities and to public bodies if there is an obligation to such communication as well as to law firms and legal consultants and to the post office (so that they can see the address for sending any written communications). Mondeo will make sure to communicate to third parties the purposes for which the data was provided and previously communicated to them. They will then be able to know the data on behalf of Mondeo, each according to his or her role, all the subjects delegated by the Company (employees of the administrative sector, persons in charge of shipping and packaging including those external to the Company, people in charge of marketing and management of the site who may even be external to the Company, IT technicians assigned to the management of information systems who can also have the function of system administrator, those in charge of relations with the public, or in charge of the legal department, members of the Board of Directors and of the board of statutory auditors, internal auditors, interns, freelancers and consultants-collaborators who may also be external to the Company but who act under the direct responsibility of the Company, such as for example IT technicians who can also perform the function of system administrator, quality consultants, legal consultants and auditors, collaborators of the internal and external data processing managers) and the internal and external managers of the treat increase of data (eg. professional people-companies-professional studios that carry out activities instrumental to those of Mondeo S.r.l. such as, for example, marketing activities, shipping and packaging or call center activities, auditing and management of relations with the public, and IT outsourcing companies also resident in other states). The data will be kept for the entire period necessary tfor the completion of the purposes contained in this information sheet. The data storage period is as follows:

- for the obligations of law, regulations and community regulations, the data can be kept for the periods imposed by these regulatory sources;

- for contractual purposes up to the termination of the relationship and also following the termination for the period determined by the regulations;

- for the purposes referred to in point 2A of this information sheet, the data may be kept until the consent is revoked or the cancellation request is made;

in any case, all data can be kept for a period necessary to assert or defend a right of the company according to the regulations.

We inform you that the GDPR provides the possibility for the interested party to ask the Data Controller (at the addresses indicated above) for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the latter or the limitation of data processing concerning him/her or to oppose its processing, in addition to the right to data portability, as well as other rights contained in the GDPR including the right to cancel the consent, where permitted: the cancellation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out previously, based on the consent given before the revocation.

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this service is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as stated by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take up the question with the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation). We therefore inform you that data will be processed by Mondeo manually, on paper or electronically (and processed and stored by Mondeo on both paper and electronic means) and protected with data protection systems designed to protect confidentiality. All the above data will be stored and processed in full respect of confidentiality in compliance with all current regulations (and therefore also in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights) and with logic strictly related to purposes indicated in this information sheet. Only the operations necessary in order to pursue the purposes indicated in this information sheet will be carried out on the data. The data will be stored, as regards Mondeo S.r.l., at the offices in Europe and at the data processors appointed by Mondeo S.r.l. (as well as to third parties to whom the data is disclosed as specified in this statement). The data will also be organized in databases - including computer databases.

We remind you that solely for technical assistance needs, will the data be sent to companies operating outside the European community who have been specifically appointed as data managers, and who undertake to comply with all the requirements of European legislation, also by signing the specific Contractual Clauses indicated by the Guarantor Authority. for data protection; the data is only a copy of the data contained in the European servers and a copy of the latter is therefore always available at Mondeo S.r.l.
