Shipments and deliveries

DELIVERY ADDRESSES.


The destination and delivery address of the products is defined at Checkout on the same order confirmation page.
Each customer can save multiple shipping addresses in their account and indicate for each the contact person responsible for managing the collection (e.g. address of the branch and name and surname of the delivery manager).

As an alternative to shipping to the customer's addresses, it is possible to request delivery of the goods to our authorized area dealers, if present in the customer area (normally identified at the level of the Province).


SCHEDULED SHIPPING METHODS.


The customer can decide to entrust the shipment and delivery of the ordered products to Waterfitters. We will take care of the service and deliver the goods to you as soon as possible and at the best conditions through forwarders of proven trust. In this case, the shipping costs will be calculated and indicated in "Checkout" before confirming the order.


If the customer decides instead to use his own freight forwarders to collect the goods at the Waterfitters headquarters, he must select the item "Collection by own means" at Checkout when confirming the order. In this case, the customer will not be charged any costs and the times for the collection of the products will be agreed together.
