Actuated valves
The advantages of motorized valves.
The ball and butterfly shut-off valves can be operated remotely automatically by means of a pneumatic or electric actuator. The advantages of motorized valves are obvious:
1. in the case of large valves, difficult to open and close manually, the actuator represents an ideal solution;
2. when the valves are installed in positions that are not easily accessible;
3. when emergency closures are necessary.
Due to the many applications, motorized valves are available in different sizes, from the smallest ¼ or ½ inch up to 2 inch.
