Wet ends submersible pumps

Submersible hydraulic pumps: a question of the head.

Submersible hydraulic pumps are devices that serve to lift fluid from one point to another. The choice of the most suitable submersible electric pump is linked to the type of fluid to be handled. The most relevant feature, however, is the head, or the maximum height to which the fluid is pushed. The head is also related to a high parameter, that of the flow rate.

If you need a high head submersible hydraulic pump, for example a head of 200 m, you will also need to consider the flow rate required for a correct sizing of the pump. The more the flow rate value increases, the more the maximum head value decreases.
