Single and double acting pneumatic actuators.
The application of a pneumatic actuator on a butterfly ball shut-off valve allows you to impart a rotary movement to the shutter through compressed air. Pneumatic actuators can be double acting or single acting.
In the first case, the air gives movement both for opening and closing the valve, in the second case the positioning of the shutter is guaranteed by a spring return.
