reached over the past year (the last 365 days from your login date).
The Loyalty Program is currently

based on the commercial relationship currently in place with Water Fitters.
How does it work?
Shop on our B2B portal Waterfitters.com and
earn points based on the value of every order
!
The system will convert the points you've earned into discounts you can use directly at checkout. The more points you decide to use, the bigger the discount you'll enjoy.
In short, the more you buy, the more benefits you get!
How do you earn points?
For every purchase you receive points based on the amount spent.
The rule, the same for all our customers, is that for
every €10 spent you earn 1 point
.
The points accumulated over time are always visible in your personal account.
No action required: points are automatically recorded with every purchase and added to your existing balance.
You'll always find your
points balance visible in the site header and in the
loyalty dashboard within the "Loyalty" section of your personal account.
Here you can see:
- Your current level (Silver, Gold, Premium);
- The points you've earned and their value in Euros ;
- Points about to expire (points must be used within the following 12 months);
- The complete history of accumulated and used points.
Our loyalty levels
Your purchases made over the last 12 months automatically determine your loyalty level:
Up to €4,999.00 in revenue
From €5,000.00 to €14,999.00 in revenue
Over €15,000.00 in revenue
Your membership level is updated
every day
based on your completed and shipped purchases.
How to redeem your points?
At checkout, you can decide how many of your available points to use to get an immediate
discount.
To set how many points to use at checkout, simply move the slider and click the "Redeem
points" button.
The value of a single point depends on the level reached (Silver, Gold, or Premium):
- SILVER Level: 15 points = €1
- GOLD Level: 10 points = €1
- PREMIUM Level: 5 points = €1
Accumulated points can be used whenever you decide and in the amount you prefer.
Frequently asked questions
If I already have a personalized commercial discount, do I still earn loyalty points?
Yes. Points are calculated on the final order amount, so regardless of the commercial discount reserved for you, you continue to earn points on every purchase you make.
Can I use a discount code together with loyalty points in the same order?
Yes. The discounts provided by your personalized price lists, payment methods or promotion can be combined, when placing an order, with the discount obtained through the use of loyalty points.
Are points also calculated on shipping and VAT?
No. Points are calculated exclusively on the value of the products purchased: shipping costs and VAT are always excluded from the calculation.
What happens to points if I make a return?
In the event of a return, the points earned in relation to the value of the returned item are automatically deducted from your points balance.
If my commercial discount changes, what happens to my Loyalty Program?
It depends on the new level of commercial discount granted to you: based on this, your eligibility for the Loyalty Program will be reassessed.
