Wafer-type butterfly valve with manual gear operator, for installation between EN 1092 PN10/16 and ANSI 150 flanges. It has an EN-GJL-200 (GG-20) cast iron body, an EPDM seat, and a disc in ductile iron EN-GJS-400 (item 5103) or CF8M stainless steel (item 5109). Face-to-face dimensions comply with UNE EN 558-1 Series 20 (DIN 3202 K1). The actuator mounting plate complies with ISO 5211, and the valve has an epoxy coating. The handwheel gear operator gives smooth, gradual operation and reduces opening and closing effort. It also prevents water hammer and has a visual position indicator and travel adjustment screws (90°). Available from DN50 to DN250.
