LOGICPANEL FOR SEWAGE
Wall-mounted control panel designed to manage sewage lifting stations efficiently and safely. Allows precise setting of start and stop levels for each pump, ensuring optimal operation. Thanks to the alternation function, the pumps activate in sequence at each startup, reducing wear and increasing operational efficiency. This device allows real-time water level visualization, constantly monitoring the situation. It is equipped with dry-run protection, automatically stopping the pumps in case of water shortage, and allows setting a specific level for alarm activation.
The panel includes connections for an emergency float switch and a remote contact for advanced and safe management. It is also suitable for managing a single pump. An ultrasonic sensor is provided as standard, ensuring precise water level measurement.
If, for any reason, one or more pumps operate continuously, to ensure uniform wear of the pumps, every sixty minutes of continuous operation of one pump triggers a forced switch with the standby pump. The change respects the pump alternation sequence.
OPERATION:
The device starts and stops the pump (or pumps) according to the set levels. It is possible to set the alarm intervention level. The device can operate in different modes:
- Duty/Assist: The pumps alternate at each startup and work together when necessary.
- Duty/Stand-by: The pumps alternate at each startup but never operate simultaneously.
- Pump 1 or 2 only: Only the pump selected by the user operates.
