The float valve, made of stainless steel (Aisi 304 and 316), is mainly used for filling cisterns and large tanks as a closing system to regulate the level of water or more generally of the contained liquid.
The float valve installed at the point of supply, consists of an opening and closing mechanism, H2856, and a spherical float, H2852, placed inside the tank. The float rises according to the liquid level and, upon reaching a certain level, sets off the closing mechanism, blocking the inflow of liquid into the tank, preventing the risk of overfilling.
Valve and float are available in stainless steel Aisi 304 in sizes from 3/8" to 1 1/4"; in stainless steel Aisi 316 in sizes from 3/8" to 4" (flanged for DN80 and DN100, see H2856-FL). The nominal operating pressure is PN 10 for all models.
